What is Shetkari Karj Mukti Yojana?
Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Shetkari Karj Mukti Yojana (MJPSKY) is a Maharashtra government farm loan waiver scheme that waives outstanding crop loans up to ₹2 lakh taken by farmers up to September 30, 2019. It also provides an incentive of up to ₹50,000 for farmers who repaid loans regularly during 2017–2020. Over ₹5,000 crore disbursed to 14 lakh+ beneficiaries.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive Crop loan waiver up to ₹2 lakh + ₹50,000 incentive for regular loan repayment. The scheme was launched in 2019 and is implemented by the Government of Maharashtra.

महात्मा जोतिराव फुले शेतकरी कर्ज मुक्ती योजना (MJPSKY) ही महाराष्ट्र सरकारची शेतकऱ्यांसाठी कर्जमाफी योजना आहे. 30 सप्टेंबर 2019 पर्यंत घेतलेल्या ₹2 लाखांपर्यंतच्या पीक कर्जाची माफी या योजनेअंतर्गत मिळते. 2017-18, 2018-19 आणि 2019-20 या वर्षांत नियमित कर्ज परतफेड करणाऱ्या शेतकऱ्यांना ₹50,000 पर्यंत प्रोत्साहन अनुदान दिले जाते. आतापर्यंत 14 लाखांहून अधिक शेतकऱ्यांना ₹5,000 कोटींहून जास्त वितरित झाले आहे.
