What is UP ODOP Scheme?
One District One Product (ODOP) is Uttar Pradesh's flagship scheme to promote traditional crafts and local industries — one product per district. Artisans and small businesses get financial assistance (loan up to ₹25 lakh at concessional rates), training, common facility centres, marketing support, and e-commerce tie-ups. UP has 75 districts with 75 unique ODOP products including Varanasi silk, Agra leather, Moradabad brassware, Lucknow chikankari, Firozabad glass.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive Loan up to ₹25 lakh at concessional rates + margin money subsidy 25% + training + marketing. The scheme was launched in 2018 and is implemented by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
