What is Sikkim Aama Yojana?
Sikkim Aama Yojana provides monthly financial assistance of ₹3,000 to single, widowed, abandoned, and destitute women in Sikkim who have no regular source of income. The scheme is designed to provide economic security and dignity to vulnerable women across all four districts of Sikkim.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive ₹3,000/month financial assistance for single/widowed/destitute women in Sikkim. The scheme was launched in 2016 and is implemented by the Government of Sikkim.
