What is Saat Nishchay 2.0 Bihar?
Saat Nishchay-2 (Seven Resolutions 2.0) is Bihar CM Nitish Kumar's second generation of the state's flagship development programme (2020-2025). It includes 7 promises: youth self-employment (₹5 lakh loan), women empowerment (50% reservation in panchayats), drinking water/toilet access, electricity to all, road connectivity, youth skill development, and sports infrastructure.
