What is Delhi Tirth Yatra Yojana?

Delhi Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana provides free pilgrimage trips to senior citizens aged 60 and above who are registered voters of Delhi. The Delhi government bears all expenses including train travel (AC class), accommodation, food, and travel guide. Popular pilgrimage destinations include Char Dham, Vaishno Devi, Tirupati, Ajmer Sharif, Amritsar, and Shirdi. Registration is done at the district office or online at edistrict.delhi.gov.in.

दिल्ली सरकार की मुख्यमंत्री तीर्थ यात्रा योजना में 60 साल या उससे अधिक उम्र के दिल्ली के हर registered voter को सरकार की तरफ से मुफ्त तीर्थ यात्रा कराई जाती है। ट्रेन का AC किराया, खाना-पीना, होटल/धर्मशाला में ठहरना और tour guide — सब सरकार देती है। लोकप्रिय गंतव्यों में चार धाम, वैष्णो देवी, तिरुपति, अजमेर शरीफ, अमृतसर, रामेश्वरम और शिरडी शामिल हैं।

📌 फायदा: AC ट्रेन, खाना, ठहरना, guide — सब दिल्ली सरकार की तरफ से बिल्कुल मुफ्त। एक साथी को 21+ वर्ष का ले जा सकते हैं (साथी का खर्च खुद उठाना होगा)।
